Throughout the NDIS, participants will receive continuous support and care. We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all members of our community.
KARSS takes pride in the quality of its personalised services. Expect attentive, collaborative, and quality services. We don't work 9-5 Monday through Friday. We work around our clients' needs. We recognize that you need support at all hours of the day or night and tailor our service to your needs.
You are not a number to us, but a unique individual with unique needs who will be treated with dignity and respect at all times.
Our team isn't there just to tick boxes. We get to know your friends and family if you want us to, so you feel understood, nurtured, and important.
We are not reliant on any one support coordinator or plan manager. In fact, we make sure you have the right to make sure you have the very best support coordinator and plan manager that will best suit your needs. You have full choice and control over this and you don’t have to be with any support organizations that don’t provide the support you deserve.
For our Participants, we work closely with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Guardians/Nominees to maximize funds and opportunities. As KARSS spends more time with you on a weekly or daily basis, we get to know you better than the support coordinators and plan managers, so we make sure we have input into what is in your plan. We help you set realistic goals and make sure these are passed on to the NDIS.
